Google Company

Author’s Note: I wrote this because I wanted to tell people what I think about my project. In this piece I am focusing on body paragraphs and sentence fluency.

The Google Company gets an average income of 23 Billion dollars a year. That is most likely why all of the workers get paid more than the Average Joe. I would love to work there, but I’d rather be a soccer or basketball player because they make millions every year. I am almost done with my project on the Google Company but it wasn’t as fun as I thought it’d be; although I did learn quite a few things about the Google Company. I think people should think wisely before they choose a topic to do a project on to make sure they really want to do it.

As I said before Google gets a huge income each year. Then the owners of Google have to spread out the money so the workers get their salary. Here is a graph of the average salaries for different types of jobs that are at Google.

I don’t really like my Google project right now for a few reasons. One of the reasons is because I pictured everything differently. I thought the research would tell me specifically mostly everything I needed but obviously, like all projects, you really need to dig deep to find your information. Another reason I don’t really like this topic is because I thought there would be high-quality pictures of everything in the building but there aren’t that many. I think I should have thought more about picking this topic before I picked it.

The main reason why I picked this topic is because last year in library, we watched a video on the Google Company and my teacher knew I was doing Academy, so she told me to do a project on it. I did learn a few things such as the average salaries, important dates, and what the internet was like without Google. If someone offered me a job at Google, I would certainly take it but that will probably not happen. For my next topic, I am going to decide very carefully so I don’t run into another boring topic.
